Pick Me Up Breakfast Juice

This tasty fresh juice is so delicious. It contains high levels of vitamin A which is necessary for boosting the immune system as well as for the growth and repair of bones, teeth, skin, and eye health. Aside from this, it is also high in vitamin C which is needed by the body for its cardiovascular health.

Pick Me Up Breakfast Juice Recipe

Servings: 1 (380 ml|13 oz)
318 calories per serving

Ingredients:

1 Apple (170 g|1/2 cup)
3 Oranges (400 g|2 ½ cups)
5 Carrots (300 g|2 cups)

Instructions:

  1. Peel-off the oranges and divide it into segments to fit into the juicer.
  2. If not organic, peel carrots and cut-off its ends. Cut into small chunks for the juicer.
  3. Cut apples into smaller sizes for the juicer. Do not include apple core or seeds.
  4. Juice all produce and drink immediately.
